What we collect
When you use the project review form we collect the details you enter — name, email address, phone number if you provide one, project location, scope description, and any drawings, plans, or images you attach. When you email or call the studio we hold whatever you choose to share in that message.
The website also records standard technical information such as pages viewed and approximate location, through website analytics, when analytics is enabled.
How we use it
Project information is used to review scope, respond to your inquiry, prepare drawings and pricing, and coordinate fabrication and installation. Analytics information is used only to understand which pages are useful and where inquiries come from.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions and uploaded files are stored in the studio's hosted database and file storage, and a notification is delivered to the studio inbox at verdecabinetstudio@gmail.com. Access is limited to Verde Cabinet Studio and the service providers that operate the website, database, and email delivery on our behalf.
Drawings and confidential material
Drawings, plans, and specifications sent by designers, architects, remodelers, and builders are treated as confidential project material. They are used to evaluate and execute the project, and are not published, shared with other clients, or used as marketing material without written permission.
Photography and published work
Completed project photography is published only where the client, and the design professional where applicable, have approved publication. Concept imagery on this site is labeled as concept work and does not represent a client project.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses analytics cookies only when analytics is enabled, to measure page activity and inquiry events such as form submissions and phone or email clicks. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site's content or the project review form.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry records and attachments are kept as long as they are useful for the project or a future phase of it. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to return or delete drawings you have sent, by contacting the studio.
